Irish central bank targets consumer-first culture

New report on consumer protection outlook reveals focus on culture

The Central Bank of Ireland is pushing firms in the financial industry to adopt a "consumer-centred culture" that is "deeply rooted" within their organisation, noting it will be a supervisory priority in the years to come.
