Bernanke plays down Jackson Hole importance

Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke yesterday refused to answer questions related to his future at the Fed, the day after US President Barack Obama told a television interview that Bernanke had "already stayed a lot longer than he wanted or was supposed to".
