BoE deputies warn of slow policy coordination

Bank of England deputy governors Charlie Bean and Paul Tucker have spoken out on the protracted process of coordination over structural adjustment and financial regulation on a European and international level.

Charlie Bean today told an audience in London that European and international rebalancing will take "some time" to complete, and warned against mistaking recent developments as progress. Meanwhile Paul Tucker, when discussing global regulation yesterday, highlighted policy-makers'
