Cyprus president rejects Draghi concerns
Cyprus' president Nicos Anastasiades denies the government has initiated a process for sacking the country's central bank governor.
ECB president Mario Draghi last week wrote to Anastasiades warning him against violating the independence of the Central Bank of Cyprus and that any attempt to dismiss its governor, Panicos Demetriades, could be referred to the European Court of Justice.
