Central Bank of Ireland reveals enforcement priorities


The Central Bank of Ireland published its enforcement priorities for 2012 today (February 13), highlighting timeliness and accuracy of information submitted to the central bank among other key targets for financial service providers.

The central bank also stressed the importance of enforcement within its new regulatory framework. "Enforcement plays a fundamentally important role within the Central Bank's new risk-based regulatory framework [known as Prism], helping to achieve a regulatory regime
