Fed 'not out of bullets' says Lockhart


Dennis Lockhart, the president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, on Monday said the Fed has options if further monetary policy action is needed to stave off another recession.

"If additional actions are required, I can assure you the Federal Reserve is not out of bullets," he said at a Rotary Club meeting in Atlanta.
