Botswana’s Mohohlo in call to spur capital market growth

Linah Mohohlo, the governor of the Bank of Botswana, has called on the country's financial firms to do more to encourage the issuance of money- and capital-market instruments.

Mohohlo told CentralBanking.com on Monday: "There is need for faster growth of capital markets so that they would not rely so heavily on the issuance of government bonds."
