New Zealand publishes liquidity guidelines

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand released its prudential liquidity policy for banks on Tuesday.

The central bank's acting governor, Grant Spencer, said that the new policy sets out balance sheet requirements and disclosure obligations for banks, concerning their internal liquidity management.
