Bush to nominate Lazear to head CEA
Lazear teaches at Stanford University's graduate school of business and is also a senior fellow at the conservative Hoover Institution.
He has previously served as a member of Bush's commission on federal tax reform.
If confirmed, he will replace Ben Bernanke, newly chosen to replace Alan Greenspan as Federal
