Interview with Trinidad & Tobago's deputy governor

Amoy Chang Fong, deputy governor of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, is due to retire at the end of January after 36 years at the bank. In an interview published this week she said the position of the central bank "at the heart of the economy" and the immense changes the country went through kept her challenged and continually interested in the work she was doing at the bank.
