Ex cb chief banned from leaving Haiti

Haiti's new justice minister has barred 37 members of the former government from leaving the country. Included is former central bank governor Venel Joseph.

Justice Minister Bernard Gousse said last Friday that the move was "an insurance policy" to ensure the officials would be available for future investigations.
