S-N Korea's central bankers meet for first time
Bank of Korea Governor Park Seung met with his North Korean counterpart Kim Wan-soo, head of the Central Bank of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on the sidelines of the annual assembly of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) last week in Basel, Switzerland.
Kim has rarely participated in meetings of international financial organizations since assuming his post
