Snow says Europe could perform better

U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow said Thursday 1 December G7 finance ministers would discuss a familiar list of subjects at their meeting this weekend, including slow growth in Europe.

Snow, in an interview with Bloomberg television, highlighted a list of tasks for economic policymakers to lessen the risk global trade imbalances could undermine the world economy. Europe and Japan must grow faster, the U.S. must save more and China must allow financial markets to have more influence on the value
