Argentina's president vows to continue reforms

ARGENTINA - Eduardo Duhalde, president of crisis-hit Argentina, has vowed to push ahead with economic reforms - but on his own terms.

Discussion of Argentina dominated the Group of Seven and IMF meetings in Washington at the weekend. The world's richest countries backed the IMF's demand for tough reforms in Argentina in return for a new rescue package.
