ECB's Stark continues to see inflation risks

European Central Bank board member Juergen Stark told Die Welt Wednesday 28 February that although eurozone inflation will probably slow this year, medium-term price developments remain a concern.

"There is a good chance that the annual average rate of inflation this year will be below that seen in previous years," Stark told the newspaper.

"In the short term, the outlook has brightened. But our task as a central bank is to keep an eye on medium-term price developments. And there are indications
