Hussain was sent a loyalty telegram from participants at the 2nd conference for Iraqi banks.
In the name of the participants the Governor of the central bank raised the telegram in which he pledged to be faithful to His Excellency Saddam Hussain and for his soldiers to foil all imperialist schemes against Iraq's unity and
