Richmond Fed promotes officer

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announced on Friday 9 December that Gregory Sierra would become assistant vice president, Banking Supervision and Regulation effective from 1 Jan 2006.

Gregory Sierra was named assistant vice president, Banking Supervision and Regulation, in the Charlotte Office, with responsibility for the Operational Risk team of the Risk and Policy unit. Sierra joined the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis as a research associate in 2000. A native of St. Louis, he received
