Bank of Korea chief to visit Japan

The governor of South Korea's central bank will visit Japan this week on a three-day trip to sign a cooperation agreement with the Bank of Japan.

During the visit that starts Thursday, Bank of Korea chief Park Seung will have talks with BoJ governor Toshihiko Fukui to discuss various issues regarding the financial markets and economies of the two nations, officials said.
