BOJ's Fukui sees 'fully sustainable' recovery

Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui said on Monday 3 October that Japan's economic recovery seems "fully sustainable," though it is very subdued.

``The Japanese economy has overcome its temporary pause and continues to recover,'' Fukui told the budget committee of the lower house of parliament in Tokyo. ``It seems to be a fully sustainable recovery, though a very subdued one.''
