Montenegro to introduce two-currency system
The two currencies will be in parallel use until March 31, 2002, when the German mark will be withdrawn from circulation. The German marks will be exchanged into euro until the end of June 2002.
Montenegrin citizens will be able to exchange up to 10,000 marks ($4,360/5,120 euro) for euro without commission according to an exchange rate announced
