Bank of England is top of the targetters

The Bank of England has the best inflation report, (the document all inflation-targetting central banks publish), a study entitled "How do central banks write?", out Tuesday claims. CentralBankNet reports from the press conference in London.

While this is a laudable achievement in its own right, a better inflation report means better monetary policy the study also claims, as the quality of the report is correlated with policy predictability.
