Turkey's cb chief warns over austerity measures

Turkish central bank chief Sureyya Serdengecti said on Wednesday 28 July that Turkey has to continue the International Monetary Fund (IMF) deal under the current circumstances or risked a return to economic instability.

Turkey risked being plunged back into economic instability if it eased the austerity measures required of it by the International Monetary Fund, the Governor of Turkish Central Bank said Wednesday.
