Libya appoints new central bank governor
According to the Africast website, the decision was announced in a statement by the General People's Congress which also said ex-governor Moneisi will take the job of finance minister, replacing Mohammed Ali al-Houeiz.
The governor of the Central Bank of Libya is appointed for a five-year term.
