Simpsons cartoon hero coined on euro
Jose Martinez, a shopkeeper based in the town of Aviles in north-west Spain, found the coin on Friday, which replaces the head of the Spanish monarch with Simpson, a beer-guzzling, doughnut-munching character famed for his laziness.
Martinez told the media that he had been offered up to 20 times the face value for the coin but said he plans to keep it for now.
