CBK's Ndung'u flouted rules on hotel sale: report

An inquiry into the sale of a Nairobi hotel accuses Njuguna Ndung'u, the governor of the Central Bank of Kenya, of flouting procurement rules, local media has reported.

The Daily Nation, a Kenyan newspaper, reported on Thursday that sources familiar with the investigation had said Ndung'u "was found to have flouted procurement procedures and had sold the hotel irregularly" by the inquiry.
