SARB appoints Kruger as registrar of banks

The South African Reserve Bank said Friday that Errol Kruger, the former deputy registrar of banks, has been appointed registrar effective Oct. 1.
Kruger replaces Christo Wiese, who retired from the position. The appointment was made in consultation with Minister of
