Riksbank says rate hike will come sooner or later

Villy Bergstroem, deputy governor of Sweden's central bank, the Riksbank, Tuesday reiterated earlier Riksbank statements that an interest rate hike will come sooner or later.

Considering the strong development in demand the Riksbank expects in the coming two years, "signs of bottlenecks and labor shortages will probably increase and resource utilisation will become more strained," Bergstroem said.

He added that a firm uptrend in demand would probably become apparent, in the form of upward pressure
