Estonia to be among first to recover: deputy

The risks to the Estonian economy have receded substantially and it may be one of the first country's to recover from the financial crisis, a deputy governor at the country's central bank has said.

Speaking in Finland on Wednesday, Marten Ross, the deputy governor, dismissed analysts' suggestions that the Baltic state remained vulnerable, saying that their arguments were based on outdated data or superficial analyses.
