Economy coming out of recession - Barbados c bank

BARBADOS - A flicker of growth in the economy during the third quarter of this year has signalled that Barbados is coming out of recession.

But Governor of the Central Bank Dr Marion Williams told reporters yesterday the pace of recovery would be largely influenced by the extent of the uncertainty still characterising the international economy, the Daily Nation reported.

"In addition to trade liberalisation and globalisation, which have severely affected the manufacturing and agricultural sectors
