New deputy governor appointed to ECCB
The appointment arises out of the retirement of former Deputy Governor, Mr Errol Allen on 31 March 2005, after thirty-one years of service to the Bank.
Mr Brathwaite has been employed with the Government of St Lucia since 1992, and has held the positions of Comptroller of Inland Revenue
