BOJ's Fukui says economy on track

The governor of the Bank of Japan, Toshihiko Fukui, said Thursday 8 September that the economy is moving towards achieving sustained economic growth.

However, Fukui again said the bank will maintain its quantitative super-loose monetary policy until Japan wins its seven-year-old fight against deflation.
