The new chairmen are:
· D. Scott Davis, chairman and chief executive officer of United Parcel Service (UPS), a delivery company, who will lead the Atlanta Fed's board;
· Lemuel E. Lewis, the president of LocalWeather.com, an online weather service, who will head the Richmond Fed's board; and
· T. Gary Rogers, the chairman of Levi Strauss & Co, a clothing company, who is to take the helm at
