Over 15% of reserve managers plan diversification changes

Close to 14% of participants will increase diversification, while 17.2% are discussing changes

Over 15% of central banks intend to modify their asset diversification strategies due to high inflation, data from the Reserve Benchmarks 2023 shows.

Overall, 58 central banks addressed this question. Out of these, nine (15.5%) said they plan to introduce modifications to diversification. Most plan to increase diversification.
