The Central Banking Institute's Fintech & IT Benchmarks 2021 take stock of how central banks have ensured the stability of their internal technology infrastructure during the pandemic.
Covid-19 forced central banks to move to remote and hybrid working arrangements, resulting in the need to bolster cyber security and payment infrastructure. But the pandemic also provided central banks with an opportunity to embrace new forms of technology to ensure the stability of the financial system.
