Central Banking Awards: BoE a leader in fintech

Central banks are increasingly being forced to get their hands dirty to stay in touch with the latest trends in technology. The Bank of England is a leader in this regard, and wins this year’s initiative award for its ‘FinTech Accelerator’.

Three other winners were also unveiled today (January 23): Vizor Software for its technology consultancy; Landqart for its banknote services; and Openlink, for risk management services.
