Cyprus central bank adopts MAPS treasury management system

The Central Bank of Cyprus has decided to join the Maps (Market Activities Processing System) treasury management system built by Calypso, the Bank of Spain said on September 20.

The Spanish central bank and Banque de France have used Maps since November 2016. The system addresses front- and back-office tasks, risk management, accounting and financial reporting functions.

“Maps is a shared, scalable and customisable solution that optimises treasury market operations, reduces operational risks
