The Bank of England has made three new non-executive appointments to its court of directors.

Paul Nowak, general secretary of the UK’s Trades Union Congress (TUC), and David Craig, the founder of financial markets data provider Refinitiv and co-chair of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures, have been appointed to four-year terms lasting until August 31, 2030.
