Europe is prepared for a financial downturn, Bundesbank president says

The medium-term earnings outlook for companies involved in artificial intelligence reflect “wild” imaginations, Joachim Nagel has said.

In an interview with German newspaper Der Spiegel on November 13, the Deutsche Bundesbank president said: “The fact that this euphoria is concentrated in a small number of firms creates concentration risk.” He noted that AI was a “disruptive technology” and said it was unclear who would benefit from it and how much they would earn.
