Data Privacy - Benchmarking surveys for the Central Banking Institute.

1. The Bank shall retain ownership of all of your intellectual property rights in the data and information it provides us (“Content”). We do not claim ownership over any of the Content. These terms do not grant us any licences or rights to the Bank’s Content except for the limited rights needed for us to analyse the Content and reproduce it in derivative, anonymised form in order to provide data analytics and information services (“the Services”).
2. The Bank grants us a worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works (including without limitation, aggregating and anonymising the Content), make publicly available, and otherwise exploit the Content, for the purposes of creating and providing the Services.
3. We are accepting the Content the Bank provides us on the basis that it has no personal data in it for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR. Any personal data the Bank provides us will be treated in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy
4. For the purposes of the paragraphs 1-3 above, ‘the Bank’ means the institution supplying responses to the survey questions provided by Infopro Digital Services Limited, which is referred to as ‘we’ and ‘us’.
