Vatican calls for global central bank
The Catholic Church in Rome has urged G-20 leaders to set up a global central bank-type entity at their next summit in November, to address the challenges facing the international monetary system.
Heads of the G-20 are expected to meet in Cannes, France, on November 3 and 4, where they will discuss major issues concerning the economy and world finance.
In a report published on Monday, the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, an administrative branch of the Vatican dedicated to action
