SNB considers ceasing shareholder dividend payments

Shareholders of the Swiss National Bank (SNB) may not receive dividends next year as the central bank attempts to rebuild its equity holdings following severe losses last year, Thomas Jordan, the vice-chairman of the Swiss National Bank's governing board, said on Wednesday.
