NOK 500,000 stolen from Norway's central bank

Over NOK 500,000 has been stolen from a vault in Norges Bank, the central bank of Norway. Police investigating the theft have questioned a number of employees who had access to the vault.

More than NOK 500,000 in used bills have disappeared from an old vault at the Central Bank of Norway this summer.

The police have investigated the theft since July, but have kept a close lid on the case, according to VG.

So far we lack information which would give us the basis for suspecting
