BIS launches joint project to map supply chains

IMF, World Bank, United Nations and others join Project Insight


The Bank for International Settlements has launched its latest regulatory tech and supervisory tech project, mapping global value chains (GVCs) in conjunction with several other global institutions.

“Recent shocks to global supply chains laid bare just how little we know about firm-level GVC relationships,” the BIS said on July 9.
