Report finds major failings in eurozone’s RTGS management

The European Central Bank should change its internal processes and communication with market participants regarding its real-time gross settlement system, an external report says.

The ECB published the report by the consultancy firm Deloitte on July 28. It says the eurosystem has accepted the report’s conclusions and will implement its recommendations “as soon as possible”.
