Chile holds rates for fifth time amid Iran war escalation

Policy-makers inject caution into statement as conflict intensifies, analysts say

The Central Bank of Chile (BCCh) has held its benchmark interest rate at 4.5% for the fifth consecutive meeting in a unanimous vote.
