People: Lepushynskyi named NBU deputy

Volodymyr Lepushynskyi has been appointed as a deputy governor of the National Bank of Ukraine. His new role was confirmed by the governing council following his nomination by the governor, Andriy Pyshnyy. Lepushynskyi has been placed in charge of the bank’s monetary policy vertical. He began his career as an economist with the central bank in 2004 and eventually rose to become head of the monetary policy and economic analysis department, a position he held from 2019–25.
