The European Central Bank has created a task force to develop proposals to simplify the European regulatory, supervisory and reporting framework. The High-Level Task Force on Simplification will be chaired by ECB vice-president Luis de Guindos. Its other members are the governors of the central banks of Estonia (Madis Müller), Finland (Olli Rehn), France (François Villeroy de Galhau), Germany (Joachim Nagel) and Italy (Fabio Panetta) and the ECB representative to the supervisory board, Sharon
