Myanmar deputy governor held by military

A deputy governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar is still in military custody after being arrested during the February 1 coup, media sources report.

The Irrawaddy, a news site published outside Myanmar, says that all three deputy governors were arrested on February 1, but two were released the next day. The wife of deputy governor Bo Bo Nge told Radio Free Asia, a US government-owned broadcaster, that he was still being held, the Irrawaddy reports.
