Swift names Pérez-Tasso as chief executive
Pérez-Tasso will take over from current chief Gottfried Leibbrandt, who will step down in June
Global payments messaging utility Swift has named Javier Pérez-Tasso as its new chief executive, following an internal and external search to find a replacement for current chief Gottfried Leibbrandt, who will retire in July after 14 years at the organisation.
Javier Pérez-TassoPérez-Tasso, who has been with Swift for almost 25 years, was most recently chief executive of Swift Americas and the UK region. He will take up his new position on July 1.
