People: NY Fed names new chief information officer

Richard Clarida: sworn in as vice-chair of the Federal Reserve

New York: The Federal Reserve Bank of New York has appointed Pamela Chase Dyson as its new chief information officer. She will lead the technology group and sit on the management board as part of the role.

Dyson will oversee the strategy and governance of the New York Fed’s IT systems, while also having an input into the Federal Reserve System’s technology work.

“Pam brings a great deal of public sector experience, IT expertise and a track record of innovation, problem-solving and leadership,”
